b7543dce08 When SNR>90 dB is specified, simulated signal is noiseless. If Doppler spread is nonzero, then signal will have random peak amplitude. In this case normalize the signal so that peak amplitude=32767.

d1be2506a9 Several enhancements to DXpedition mode: 
1. Insert dummy report when Hound is called by complex-callsign Fox.
2. Allow Fox to transmit anywhere between 300 and 900 Hz.
3. Restrict randomized Hound freq to the range 1000 - 3000 Hz.
4. Suppress Fox signals that would be duplicates.

e25dd201a3 Experimental changes to JT65 decoder: 
1. Change to rectangular FFT window for 2D sync spectrum (ss).
2. Move 2D sync spectrum array to common block.
3. Change to quarter-symbol steps for the ss array.
4. Allow up to 4 decoding passes.
5. Wire up Fast/Normal/Deep for 2, 3, or 4 decoding passes.
6. Make minsmo=0 (instead of 1) for minimally spread JT65B/C signals.

a3bdea0a21 Add "Apply" button to calibration solution message box 
Make calibration  solution application iterative so  that calibrations
can be applied sequentially if desired.

Tidy up calibration solution messages boxes and make i18n friendly.
