dd9bdc6d1f Fix bug that prevented generation of MSK144 Sh messages with extended callsign. Change all MSK144 Sh code to use 12-char mycall and hiscall and 37-char messages. b5cc35e430 Cleaned up and simplified AP decoding. Enabled AP decoding for ncontest=0 and ncontest=4 (RU) so far. Missing MyCall or DxCall or nonstandard calls will disable AP passes that wouldn't make sense. 2018-10-04 17:45:15 -05:00
