59c74905f3 Force the Aqua theme on macOS to avoid issues with the Mojave dark theme 
Qt 5.12 is exected to sort out issues with the Mojave dark theme,
until then we just have to stop it trying to make WSJT-X dark.

4f0a3780e5 Update Mac ReadMe and shared memory sysctl.conf files

Allows for  up to five  concurrent WSJT-X instances  with instructions

39cf3e1b9a Change build scripts to be compatible with Qt 5.8 on Mac OS X 
This change obseletes Mac OS X 10.7 and 10.8 which are not supported
by Qt 5.8.

e37217ddb9 Remove usage of otool and install_name_tool from Mac KVASD installer 
These tools are no longer part of a standard OS X install and would need to be
installed via the Xcode commnd line tools. Instead the KVASD binary has been
preprocessed and the Mac KVASD installer simply injects the KVASD binary into
the target application bundle(s).

Merged from wsjtx-1.4 branch.

c938a0bd89 Correct Mac OS X version portability settings for KVASD-installer 
Disable drag and drop target selection in KVASD-installer

The Mac KVASD-installer running on OS X 10.7 crashes when trying
to process a target selected by drag and drop. Due to issues
debuging issues on 10.7 with Xcode 4, I have disabled the
feature since there is an alternative mechanisim available.

Merged r4754 & r4756 from wsjtx-1.4 branch.

065483e283 Fix Mac OS X DragNDrop DMG Volume name 
The DMG volume name must not change between versions as it invalidates
the .DS_Store file backgound image.
