This change also adds seconds resolution to log files and log QSO
fields.
This change makes the log QSO dialog more layout friendly and uses a
QDateTimeEdit for QSO start and end times.

This code comes from a patch supplied by Dmitry Budanov (callsign??).
I have not tested it beyond seeing that it compiles properly. If
anyone has Xlog installed on a Linux machine, please test and let us
know if all is well.
