fdb3ff464b Code for JT4 deep search now working well. (Needs some fine tuning, though.) 
Message averaging has been tested, works well also.
Next: need to integrate these features and back-port into WSJT9.

3c6809c409 Tweaks to jt9code. 
Fix reports generated by double-click on callsign.
Collapse consecutive spaces in message to a single space.
Look at best element in ccfred first; then zap nearby ones; then repeat.
Display sqrt(red(i)) in waterfall.
Step by 4 (or 2) in peakdt9, then zero in on the peak.

1a3fc1d963 Correct UTC on waterfall for slow modes. 
Tweak some GUI widget placements.

0d58ad7b9c Increase height of status-bar labels. 
Compute samfac values; put them into "lab5" (for K1JT only).
Ransomize the rand() seed on SoundOutThread startup.
Increase the DT search range.  (This still needs optimization.)
