WSJT-X/CMake/getsvn.cmake
Bill Somerville 394b86d2ae Use correct svn revision in program name text
The latest revision rather than the revision of the last change to the
current working set was being used in the program name text as seen in
the "About" window and reported to PSKReporter.

Also removed a redundant old file.

Merged from wsjtx-1.4 branch.
