Joe Taylor bb2108acda 1. As a test, zap any data at start if id2() that appears to be a T/R transient. 
2. Send emedelay (now 0 or 2.5) to QRA64 decoder.
3. Tweaks to sync64, making it better for QRA64A.
4. Mainwindow MessageBox if it attempts to open a file with wrong format.
