Joe Taylor 876d4dcd26 1. Fixed a bug causing seemingly random crashes when compound callsign
is decoded.
2. Fixed minor bug in the "Test PTT" function.
3. Background of DialFrequency label goes red if frequency differs from
default for this band by mode than 10 kHz.
