WSJT-X/lpf1.f
Joe Taylor db254d4e32 Changes to make it possible to decode JT65 over a much wider range of DF.
Sync tone can now be anywhere in the range 200-4300 Hz (approx).
NB: this is experimental, needs thorough testing!
