Using BCKA (Extended OBP KeepAlives):

When an authenticated keepalive is received from a different IP but
on the same port, we update the IP for the OpenBridge. This means, we can
handle dynamic IP seamlessly!

FreeDMR Master Server is a (now quite diverged) fork of the hblink3 project

FreeDMR Master Server extends hblink3 to assist in building a master server using HBLink3
