- remove __attribute__((unused)) not supported on MSVC
- remove  __attribute((unused)) not supported on MSVC
- add symbol exports to RemoteDataReadQueue and RemoteDataQueue
- add export symbols to sdrsrv

b743943c70 Update to Qt 5.12.0. 
Project files with MacOS clang RPATH to use proper paths for shared objects.
Minor path updates in favor of loading plugin libs.
