b7309f1d36 1. No 2 kHz frequency offset for JT9 on 60m band.

9c3b30d927 Fix a bug in analytic.f90 and enable amplitude flattening. This version is not intended for general use on MSK144 as it uses hardwired coefficients derived for use with a specific radio.

df35f519df 1. As a test, zap any data at start if id2() that appears to be a T/R transient. 
2. Send emedelay (now 0 or 2.5) to QRA64 decoder.
3. Tweaks to sync64, making it better for QRA64A.
4. Mainwindow MessageBox if it attempts to open a file with wrong format.

9905a58f74 Make the user guide images path absolute 
The current  Linux asciidoctor-fopub seems  to use relative  paths for
the imagesdir  asciidoctor attribute incorrectly when  generating PDFs
so this makes it based on the docdir attribute which is absolute.

3220578bc4 In MSK144, if a received grid is not in one's own hemisphere display it 
as "R grid2", where grids2 is the antipodes -- even if the receiver is
not in Contest mode.  This seems safe enough...

336eb0c858 Add fast mode support to UDP messages and update example apllications 
Sub mode and  fast mode flag are  added to the UDP  Status message and
Status messages  after appropriate UI changes.  MSK144 decodes produce
UDP Decode messages. Fast JT9 messages are treated similarly.

Currently ISCAT decodes are not posted  as UDP Decode messages as they
do not fit well with the model.

440559f0c3 Fix various sample downloader issues especially server redirect handling 
Thanks to Mike W9MDB for the concept  of forcing to HTTP if OpenSSL is
not installed or if the user requires it for other reasons.

The sample  downloader should  now be usable  with or  without OpenSSL
libraries being  installed, so long  as SourceForge continue  to serve
identical  content from  both HTTP  and  HTTPS schemes  on their  file
servers and mirrors.

For users with baulked  OpenSSL installations, incorrect or incomplete
CA  certificate  stores,  either  the improved  capability  to  ignore
SSL/TLS errors for  the duration of a session at  their discretion or,
as a last resort a new option to force an HTTP URL scheme is provided.

9af1379576 Fix handling of SSL/TLS exceptions allowing errors to be ignored for a session 
Not persistent  but I'm not  sure they need to  be as sites  we access
should have valid certificates and  chains of trust. This should allow
users  with  baulked SSL  installations  or  incomplete CA  stores  to
proceed with network accesses at their discretion.
