86dcc48e0a Many changes. Waterfall plots now pretty much OK. (May want to limit 
displayed range to 1000 Hz.)  Noise blanking may be working -- needs
tests.  Tx has been implemented.

75ecfee36a New JTMS3 definition (again). Now using 7-bit characters, as in 
the JTMS of WSJT9.  Modulation changed to BPSK, speed increased 
from 1378.125 to 2000 baud.

93224b3b31 Changed soundin to i*2 rather than r*4. 
Activated saving of WAV files. (but so far, without headers).
Tx waveform now uses sinc() pulses.

acd3499fad JTMS3 now compiles and runs, although most of its functions are still 
those of MAP65.  Have removed the Astro, BandMap, and Messages windows.
