b760c44101 Add support for building additional 3rd party libraries. 
Update MacOS bundling to use macdeployqt rather than fixup_bundle, so all Qt dependencies are included.
Update building of some libraries on MacOS, so that library paths in dylibs are build paths, rather than install paths, so macdeployqt can find them.

ebca05a8a1 localizer GUI updates. 
Add QSplitter to allow area for table & map to be adjusted.
 Remove obsolete OurAirports button.
 Add workaround for QT Map redraw bug.
 Automatically update VOR channels when channels are added or removed.
 Remove Nav Id from table as it doesn't mean anything from a user's
 perspective.

Remove top-right resize grip from windows.

Add support for replaying of passes in the past, where current time is
determined from File Input device.
Add latitude and longitude to satellite data table.
Update ground track generation to better work with 3D map.

Add Cubesat image for 2D map.
Send LOS to other plugins, when no device settings are setup.
Pass TLEs to other plugins, so they can use a consistent copy for
replays.

295e1f52bf hackrfinput - Change LO ppm to adjust the hardware clocks. 
LO ppm now adjusts the primary clock in the hackrf one instead of offsetting the freq in software. The offset adjusts all clocks except the CPU which currently uses it's own crystal.
There is room for improvement but I tried to keep it simple and keep the user interface the same for now.

Add button to auto select the bandpass filter based on the sample rate. It matches the automatic selection done by libhackrf when sample rate is changed.

Add support for displaying flight paths on the map.
Allow columns in table to be rearranged and hidden.

Allow switching units from ft, kn, ft/min to m, kph, m/s
Allow aircraft timeout to be set by the user.

Add optional display of demodulator statistics.
Support multithreading in demodulator to reduce FIFO overflows.
Add support for demodulating all Mode-S frames and feeding them.

Use difference of zeros and ones correlation, rather than absolute

d8ae6fc765 Import USRP support. 
Add LO offset support.
Only set tx/rx_bandwidth after getting tx stream, to reduce TX LO leakage for <10MHz bandwidths.
Check for reference and LO lock before getting streams.

209be94947 USRP driver improvements. 
Set bit size to be 16 for interpolators and decimators.
Match buffer size to UHD.
Don't destroy TX stream, as there appears to be a bug when recreating it.
Catch exception when checking for TX underflow.
Increase RX FIFO size, to reduce overflows at high sample rates.
Allow RX to continue streaming after receiving timeout.
